You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use the Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may access the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. MHN reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if it is determined that a minor has registered without verifiable parental consent.
2.3 Account Creation and Maintenance Responsibility

By providing your contact information (e.g., email, phone number), you consent to receive service-related notifications, including updates, offers, and health reminders. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided. However, opting out may limit your access to certain features or notifications essential to your account and Services.
2.6 Special Programs and Partner Registration
Users interested in MHN partner programs may be required to submit additional information, such as relevant licenses or supporting documents. Upon submission, MHN's onboarding team may contact you via phone or email for verification. By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted for the purpose of onboarding and program participation.

MHN provides AI-powered health insights, delivering personalized recommendations based on users' health data, lifestyle choices, and wellness goals. These insights are designed to support informed decision-making regarding well-being. The platform offers features such as health trend analysis, wellness management suggestions, and goal tracking to enhance users' overall health journeys.
3.2 Lifestyle Tracking and Wellness Management Features
Users can leverage MHN's lifestyle tracking tools to monitor key health factors, including nutrition, exercise, hydration, sleep patterns, and stress levels. Based on the collected data, the platform generates actionable insights to help users optimize their well-being through evidence-based wellness strategies.
3.3 Limitations of AI-Generated Health Suggestions (Not a Medical Diagnosis)
While MHN's AI-driven insights provide valuable wellness recommendations, they do not serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The insights offered are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical guidance. Users are advised to exercise discretion when implementing recommendations.
3.4 Consultation with Licensed Healthcare Providers
Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant health or lifestyle changes based on AI-generated recommendations. MHN disclaims any liability for medical outcomes resulting from reliance on its insights without appropriate medical consultation. In case of health emergencies or concerns , users should immediately seek advice from a licensed medical provider.

MHN provides a secure, encrypted platform for users to store and manage their personal health records. While MHN provides AI-powered insights based on the stored health data, it does not offer medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Users should consult licensed healthcare professionals for personalized medical advice and treatment decisions. MHN's recommendations are intended for informational purposes only

MHN offers a Family Connect feature, enabling users to securely share access to specific medical documents with designated family members, caregivers, or authorized healthcare providers. Users can manage access permissions, set viewing or editing rights, and revoke access at any time for enhanced privacy and control. This feature is designed to facilitate collaborative healthcare management within families, ensuring the right information is available when required.
5. AI Recommendations Disclaimer
5.1 Nature of AI-Generated Insights
MHN's AI algorithms generate personalized health insights based on the health data you provide. These insights are designed to support wellness decisions but do not replace professional medical expertise, diagnosis, or treatment.
5.2 Limitations and Accuracy of AI Health Suggestions
While MHN strives to provide accurate and data-driven insights, AI-generated predictions have inherent limitations and may be affected by data quality, technological constraints, and evolving medical knowledge. Users should interpret these insights with caution and in the context of their overall health.
5.3 MHN's Disclaimer of Liability for AI-Based Decisions
MHN disclaims all liability for any decisions made based on AI-generated insights. Users assume full responsibility for any actions taken as a result of MHN's recommendations and should use their discretion when applying them to their health and wellness.
5.4 Consultation with Healthcare Providers
Users are strongly advised to consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any medical, lifestyle, or health-related decisions based on AI insights. AI-generated recommendations should always be validated by a qualified professional.
5.5 Legal Indemnity
By using MHN's Services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MHN, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated insights or decisions made based on them.
5.6 Compliance with Data Privacy and Security Standards
MHN adheres to applicable data privacy regulations, including but not limited to:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (for users in the European Economic Area)
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) (for users in the United States, where applicable)
- India's Personal Data Protection Bill (PDPB) (for users in India)

6. Data Privacy and Security

MHN disclaims all liability for consequences resulting from false, misleading, or incomplete health information provided by users. Users acknowledge that inaccurate data may lead to incorrect AI insights, and MHN is not responsible for any resulting health decisions.
7.3 Encouragement to Consult Healthcare Professionals
MHN's insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Users are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical or lifestyle decisions based on MHN's AI recommendations. MHN does not provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation.
7.4 Emergency Medical Disclaimer
MHN is not designed for emergency medical situations. Users experiencing a medical emergency (e.g., heart attack, stroke, severe injury) should immediately contact emergency services or visit the nearest healthcare facility. MHN does not provide real-time emergency assistance, medical intervention, or crisis response services.
8. Payment and Subscription
8.1 Transparent Pricing, Payment Methods, and Subscription Plans
- MHN provides clear and transparent pricing for its services, including one-time purchases, subscription plans, and premium features.
- Users can make payments using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, or authorized payment gateways.
- MHN reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription plans at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance.
8.2 Automatic Renewals, Cancellation Policies, and Refund Process
- Subscription Renewals: Some subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Users will be notified of upcoming renewals via email or in-app notifications.
- Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel their subscriptions anytime through account settings.Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to MHN's Refund Policy, which outlines eligible circumstances, timelines, and procedures.Refunds are not guaranteed except in cases where services were not delivered due to technical errors.
8.3 Payment Failures and Consequences
- Payment Issues: Failure to complete payments may result in restricted or suspended access to MHN's services. Users must ensure that payment details are accurate and up to date to avoid disruptions.
- Transaction Failures & Refund Processing: If a payment is deducted but services are not activated, users should contact MHN support.Refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 7 business days, subject to verification.
8.4 Fraud Prevention and Unauthorized Transactions
MHN reserves the right to block accounts or deny access if fraudulent or unauthorized transactions are detected.Users must report unauthorized charges immediately to MHN's support team.MHN is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Ownership of AI Algorithms, Data Analytics, and Platform Content
MHN owns all rights, title, and interest in its AI algorithms, data analytics, platform design, proprietary technologies, and all content provided through the Services. These assets are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent regulations.
9.2 User Ownership of Uploaded Health Records and Personal Data
Users retain full ownership of their uploaded medical records, health information, and personal data. MHN acts solely as a secure custodian of this data, ensuring encrypted storage and management.
9.3 Prohibited Use of MHN's Content for Commercial Purposes
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercializing any content, AI-generated insights, or proprietary technologies of MHN without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9.4 Licensing and Third-Party Content
9.4.1 Use of Third-Party APIs and Data Sources
MHN integrates third-party APIs, medical databases, and external health resources to enhance the accuracy of its insights.
All third-party content used within MHN's platform remains the intellectual property of its respective owners and is subject to their licensing terms. MHN does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or continued availability of third-party content.
9.4.2 Restrictions on Third-Party Content Usage
- Users may not extract, scrape, or redistribute third-party medical data, APIs, or licensed resources available on the MHN platform.
- Any trademarks, brand names, or logos of third parties displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
9.4.3 Open-Source and Licensed Components
- MHN may use open-source software or third-party licensed components in its platform development.
- Any such usage complies with open-source licensing terms, and users are not granted additional rights beyond what the license specifies.
9.4.4 Third-Party Service Providers
- MHN collaborates with third-party service providers (e.g., cloud storage, payment gateways, analytics tools) to deliver its services.
- While MHN ensures reasonable security safeguards, it is not liable for data breaches, service disruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers.
10. Branding and Trademark Usage
10.1 Ownership and Protection of MHN's Brand Identity
MHN's name, logo, trademarks, brand colors, slogans, and other branding elements are the exclusive property of MHN Health Sciences LLP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of these elements without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.2 Authorized Usage for Affiliates, Partners, and Media
- Affiliates, strategic partners, and media representatives may use MHN's branding assets only in accordance with MHN's official Brand Guidelines.
- Any modifications, adaptations, or co-branding require explicit written approval from MHN.
- Misrepresentation of affiliation with MHN through unauthorized use of branding elements is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.3 Prohibited Uses of MHN's Branding
- Implying endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
- Using MHN's brand elements in misleading, defamatory, or deceptive contexts.
- Altering or modifying MHN's logo, typography, or color scheme without authorization.
10.4 Reporting Trademark and Branding Violations
If you become aware of unauthorized use, imitation, or infringement of MHN's branding, trademarks, or identity, you are encouraged to report it to support@myhealthnotion.ai. MHN will investigate the matter and take appropriate legal action if necessary.
11. User Responsibilities
11.1 Lawful and Ethical Use
Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and MHN policies when accessing and using the platform. The platform may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
11.2 Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing false, misleading, or manipulated health data that may affect AI insights.
- Gaining unauthorized access to MHN's systems, servers, or networks.
- Reverse-engineering, modifying, decompiling, or tampering with any part of the platform.
- Using MHN's services for commercial gain, reselling, or distributing insights without authorization.
11.3 Compliance with Healthcare Regulations
Users must adhere to regional healthcare regulations when utilizing MHN's health-related features. MHN is not responsible for legal violations resulting from improper use of health data or insights.
11.4 Account Security and Confidentiality
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials and passwords secure. And immediately reporting unauthorized access or security breaches to MHN.
11.5 Accuracy and Integrity of Information
Users must ensure that all personal and medical data submitted is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. Misrepresentation or falsification of information may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
11.6 Respect for Intellectual Property
Users shall not copy, distribute, or misuse MHN's copyrighted content, AI insights, branding, or proprietary technology and use MHN's name, logo, or trademarks without explicit written approval.
11.7 Payment and Subscription Compliance
Users agree to Adhere to MHN's payment terms and subscription policies and ensure timely payment to avoid service suspension or termination.
11.8 Reporting Misuse or Violations
Users must report:
- Unauthorized use of their account.
- Security breaches, suspicious activity, or fraudulent behavior.
- Any violations of MHN's policies.
11.9 Lawful Interactions and Data Integrity
Users must not:
- Engage in fraudulent claims, data manipulation, or deceptive practices.
- Tamper with, interfere with, or disrupt platform functionality.
11.10 Third-Party Data Responsibility
If users share third-party data (such as from healthcare providers), they must:
- Ensure they have obtained the necessary legal consents.
- Acknowledge that MHN is not responsible for unauthorized third-party data sharing.
11.11 Personal Use Only (Non-Commercial Clause)
MHN's platform and services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly authorized by MHN.
11.12 Cooperation with Investigations
Users agree to Fully cooperate with MHN in cases of suspected policy violations or misuse. Accept that MHN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts during an investigation.
12. Third-Party Services and Integrations
12.1 Integration with External Platforms
MHN may integrate with third-party services, including wearable devices, health apps, and medical devices, to enhance the user experience. Users are responsible for:
- Ensuring their third-party accounts comply with applicable terms and privacy policies.
- Managing their integrations and reviewing permissions granted to third-party services.
12.2 Accuracy and Functionality Disclaimer
MHN does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of data received from third-party integrations. Users acknowledge that:
- Malfunctions, inaccuracies, or service failures in third-party platforms are beyond MHN's control.
- Data inconsistencies or errors from external sources may affect AI-generated insights.
12.3 Data Sharing and Privacy
When users choose to link third-party services to their MHN account, they:
- Grant consent for MHN to access and process shared data.
- Agree that MHN will handle third-party data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Understand that MHN does not control how third-party platforms handle data.
12.4 Liability Disclaimer
MHN disclaims all liability for any issues arising from third-party services, including:
- Errors, malfunctions, or disruptions in third-party platforms.
- Data breaches, unauthorized access, or security vulnerabilities within third-party systems.
- Health risks or adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on external device data. Users assume full responsibility for all interactions with third-party services.
12.5 Termination or Modification of Integrations
MHN reserves the right to Modify, limit, or discontinue any third-party integration without prior notice and notify users of any material changes that significantly impact their integrated services.
13. Liability Limitation
13.1 No Guarantee of Error-Free AI Insights
MHN provides AI-generated health insights based on user data. While these insights are developed using advanced algorithms, MHN does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of these AI-generated insights. Users acknowledge that AI insights are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.
13.2 Platform Availability
MHN strives to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond MHN's control. MHN shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from platform unavailability, downtime, or technical issues beyond its control.
13.3 Limitation of Health Decision Liability
Users acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any health-related decisions made based on AI-generated insights and agree to consult licensed healthcare professionals before making medical decisions. MHN disclaims liability for any adverse health outcomes resulting from reliance on AI insights without professional medical consultation.
13.4 Data Loss and Security Breaches
While MHN follows industry best practices to secure user data, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely immune to security threats. MHN shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, data loss, or data corruption caused by third-party actions, cyberattacks, or uncontrollable circumstances.
13.5 Third-Party Service Limitations
MHN is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or failures in third-party services, integrations, or data sources. Users acknowledge that third-party content or recommendations are outside MHN's control and that MHN is not liable for any issues arising from their use.
13.6 Indirect and Consequential Damages
MHN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
13.7 Compliance with Regional Regulations
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using MHN's services. MHN disclaims liability for any legal repercussions resulting from non-compliance.
13.8 Maximum Liability
In any circumstance, MHN's total liability for claims related to its services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the services within the preceding twelve (12) months.
13.9 No Liability for User Misuse
MHN shall not be held responsible for damages arising from improper use of the platform, including misuse of AI-generated insights, falsified data, or failure to seek professional medical advice.
13.10 Force Majeure
MHN shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory actions, or other force majeure events.
14. Indemnification
14.1 User Agreement to Indemnify
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MHN, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Breach of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
- Infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
14.2 Cooperation in Defense
Users agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any legal claim brought against MHN. MHN reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.
14.3 No Settlement Without Consent
Users may not settle any claims in a manner that imposes any obligations or liabilities on MHN without prior written consent.
14.4 Survival of Indemnification Obligations
The indemnification obligations outlined in this section shall survive the termination or expiration of the user's relationship with MHN.
14.5 Third-Party Claims
Users acknowledge that any claims from third-party service providers or other users resulting from their actions on the platform will be their sole responsibility.
14.6 Notification of Claims
Users are required to promptly notify MHN in writing of any potential or actual claims subject to indemnification. Failure to provide timely notice may affect MHN's ability to respond effectively.
14.7 Limitation of Indemnity
MHN's total liability in connection with indemnity claims shall not exceed the amount the user paid for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction
The formation, interpretation, and performance of these Terms, along with any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
15.2 Mediation and Arbitration
My Health Notion believes in resolving disputes amicably and encourages users to reach out to us directly for resolution. In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, the Parties agree to resolve such disputes through a two-step Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism.
- Mediation: The Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. Both Parties will engage in good-faith discussions to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days of one Party notifying the other of the dispute. If the dispute remains unresolved, the matter shall proceed to arbitration.
- Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by My Health Notion. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both Parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Each Party shall bear its own legal expenses, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
15.3 Waiver of Class Action Rights
The Parties agree that any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. Users waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, or any other collective proceedings against My Health Notion. Claims may not be combined without the prior written consent of all Parties.
This Dispute Resolution section shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and any related policies.
16. Termination and Account Suspension

- Attempt to copy any software provided as part of the Services, including its source code, or attempt to decrypt any part of such software.
- Create any derivative work or version of any software provided by MHN to facilitate the use of the Services.
- Remove any logo, copyright, proprietary notices, or other marks affixed to the Services.
- Use the Services to create a false identity, impersonate any person or organization, or attempt to disguise the origin of any content.
- Use any of MHN's domain names as a pseudonymous return email address.
- Access or use the Website/App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of its servers or connected networks.
- Attempt to access content you are not authorized to access by any means.
- Access the Website/App through any means other than through the interface provided by MHN.
- Alter or modify any part of the Services.
- Disrupt or interfere with the security of the Website/App, system resources, or gain unauthorized access to user accounts, servers, or networks.
17.2 Data Scraping and Automated Access Users shall not use automated systems, bots, or any software to scrape, harvest, or access data from the Services without MHN's explicit consent.

MHN offers an Emergency SOS feature that enables users to send a distress signal to their selected emergency contacts by holding the SOS button for three (3) seconds. Upon activation, an automated message containing the user's location will be sent to the designated contacts.
While this feature is designed to help notify loved ones in urgent situations, users acknowledge that the Emergency SOS feature is not a substitute for contacting professional emergency services. MHN disclaims any responsibility for message delivery failures, network issues, or other factors beyond its control. By using the Emergency SOS feature, users accept all associated risks and agree that MHN is not liable for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of this feature.

This right enables users to access the Website, App, or Marketplace through third-party software or websites. MHN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Mobile or Desktop App with 48 hours' notice, with or without cause.
- Abuse or excessive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of an account.
- MHN, at its sole discretion, will determine what constitutes excessive or abusive usage.
21.6 License Grant
MHN grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a compiled code copy of the App for one account on one mobile device for personal use.
21.7 License Restrictions

- Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App (unless legally permitted).
- Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App to any third party.
- Make unauthorized copies of the App.
