These Terms & Conditions (“TERMS” or “AGREEMENT”) govern your access to and use of the My Health Notion platform operated by MHN HEALTH SCIENCES LLP (“MHN,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”), including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “SERVICES”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
You must be 18 YEARS OR OLDER to use the Services. Minors may use the Services only under supervision of a parent/legal guardian.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and updated information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify MHN immediately of unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
MHN may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, fraud, or false information.
2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
MHN is a DIGITAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT AND AI-ENABLED TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM that provides:
- Health and lifestyle tracking
- Secure medical record storage
- AI-generated health insights and reminders
- Wellness analytics and monitoring tools
MHN IS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM — NOT A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER.
3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
MHN does NOT provide:
- Medical diagnosis
- Treatment or prescriptions
- Emergency medical care
No doctor-patient relationship is created. Always consult licensed healthcare professionals before making medical decisions. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
4. AI DISCLAIMER
AI-generated insights are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. MHN is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
5. PRIVACY & DATA USE
Your use of the Services is governed by the MHN PRIVACY POLICY. By using the Services, you consent to data processing described therein.
6. USER DATA & CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
You must upload only your own or authorized data.
You are responsible for accuracy, legality, and completeness of all submitted data.
MHN is not liable for consequences arising from false, unauthorized, or outdated data.
7. PROHIBITED USE
You agree NOT to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Upload unauthorized third-party data
- Attempt unauthorized system access
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
- Use automated bots or extract data
- Misuse health data or impersonate others
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
MHN may integrate with third-party providers (payments, labs, analytics, wearables, cloud). MHN does not control third-party services and is not liable for:
- Medical outcomes
- Data inaccuracies
- Service failures
- Security breaches in third-party systems
9. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
PAYMENTS, FREE & PAID SERVICES
MHN currently offers certain features free of charge (“FREE VERSION”). MHN may offer premium or paid features (“PAID SERVICES”).
Free Version
Users may access basic features without payment. MHN reserves the right to modify or discontinue free features.
Paid Services (If Introduced)
- Pricing, billing terms, and taxes displayed before purchase.
- Payments processed through secure third-party gateways.
- MHN will not store complete payment card or financial information.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Refund eligibility governed by Refund Policy.
- Failure to complete payment may restrict access.
MHN reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue paid services at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to users in advance in accordance with applicable law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including MHN’s software, source code, AI models, algorithms, analytics systems, databases, platform architecture, user interface, design, trademarks, logos, brand elements, and all proprietary technology (“MHN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY”), are and shall remain the exclusive property of MHN HEALTH SCIENCES LLP and/or its licensors. These are protected under applicable intellectual property, copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users
Users retain ownership of the personal data, health records, and content they upload (“USER DATA”). By uploading content, users grant MHN a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to store, process, and use such data solely for providing, operating, securing, and improving the Services in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
All AI models, analytics systems, and derived platform intelligence remain the exclusive intellectual property of MHN. MHN may use anonymized or de-identified data to improve system performance and research, without identifying individual users.
Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, resell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the Services or MHN intellectual property without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.
The Services may include third-party or open-source components, which remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their applicable licenses.

11. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users must keep their credentials secure and immediately notify MHN of any unauthorized access. MHN is not liable for losses arising from user negligence, compromised devices, or failure to protect account information.
12. EMERGENCY SOS FEATURE
The SOS feature may notify selected contacts but does not replace emergency services. MHN is not responsible for any failures, delays, or consequences arising from network or connectivity issues
13. AI MODEL IMPROVEMENT
MHN may use anonymized data to improve services and AI. Users may opt out via PRIVACY SETTINGS or support@myhealthnotion.ai
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services are provided “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MHN makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or health outcomes.
15. LIABILITY LIMITATION — MAXIMUM PROTECTION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MHN shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of health data or outcomes
- Loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill
- Health decisions made using the Services
- Errors in AI insights
- Third-party failures or breaches
- Cyber incidents beyond reasonable control
- User misuse or inaccurate data
ABSOLUTE LIABILITY CAP
MHN shall have NO MONETARY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER.If legally liable, total liability shall not exceed amount paid in preceding 12 months OR INR 500 (WHICHEVER IS LOWER).

17. FORCE MAJEURE
MHN is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control (cyberattacks, outages, disasters, regulatory actions)
18. TERMINATION
MHN may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, or legal reasons. Data retention follows Privacy Policy and legal requirements.
19. POLICY CHANGES
MHN may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
20. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by laws of INDIA / YOUR COUNTRY.

21. INTERNATIONAL USERS
MHN currently operates primarily within INDIA and does not actively market the Services outside India. However, if the Services are accessed from outside India, users acknowledge that their data may be processed in jurisdictions where MHN or its service providers operate, subject to the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
